   1. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan
   2. PLC control mesin diantaranya :Allen Bradley, Siemens S7, Mitsubishi
   3. Menguasai komputer
   4. Memahami trouble shoting
   5. Mengerti dan memahami ISO 9001 , Kaizen
   6. Mampu membuat electric diagram
   7. Dapat bekerja sama dengan team
   8. Memiliki leader ship
   9. Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
   10. Bersedia kerja shift
